As a rule, the processing of sensitive personal data without the explicit consent of the person is prohibited. However, for the purpose of conducting and planning medical diagnosis, treatment and care services the law allows us to process personal data related to health and sexual life. Other than health related data private personal data are neither collected nor processed on our website. Your collected personal data is carried out by our related units in order to introduce you to the services offered by our practice and to make you benefit from the services offered; Within the framework of carrying out our activities, personal data will be processed within the terms and purposes of processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.

 6.Rights of Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

· In case a person sustains damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, that individual has the right to demand compensation.
